Tan-Ling is responsible for raising funds for awards and bursaries. She is an accomplished fundraising professional that has worked for not-for-profit foundations in Canada and abroad. Prior to joining the College in 2011, Tan-Ling was the York University Foundation’s Chief Development Officer for Libraries. She holds a bachelor of commerce and bachelor of administration degrees from the University of Ottawa.

Corey is responsible for Advancement communications, events, videos and research. He also teaches part-time and edits Seneca's community magazine, RED and the donor report, Gratitude. Corey's previous work experience includes fundraising and communications positions at Ryerson University and the Ontario Public Service. He is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College, Portland OR, and the University of Olso, Norway.

Joy is responsible for securing major gifts for college programs, vendor solicitations and sponsorships. Prior to joining the team at Seneca, Joy held senior fundraising positions at The Next 36, Toronto International Film Festival and JAZZ.FM91. Her experience includes donor relations, project management, event planning, and volunteer management. Joy graduated with honours from both Radio and Television Broadcasting at Seneca and Fundraising and Volunteer Management at George Brown College. Joy sees her role as a facilitator, inspiring individuals and organizations to invest in potential at Seneca College.

Debbie brings many years of experience in major gift fundraising, planned giving, and capital campaigns. She has held various leadership and fundraising roles in the health care sector and at community agencies, including United Way of South Georgian Bay, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Georgian Triangle, Collingwood G&M Hospital Foundation and Hospice Georgian Triangle. She has a certified fundraising executive designation and a post graduate certificate in Fundraising and Resource Development from Georgian College.
Manager, Alumni Relations and Affinity Partnerships

Barry is responsible for alumni relations and advancement communications products. Barry previously managed domestic student recruitment and school college work pathways for Seneca. Prior to joining the College, Barry worked bilingually in communications for Queen’s Park and Colleges Ontario. He was also a liaison officer for the University of Ottawa after graduating with an honours social sciences bachelor degree.
Mary Del Bianco

Mary oversees the operations for the department, including: data systems management, reporting processes, research, gift processing, finances and human resources. Mary brings over 14 years of experience in the philanthropic sector. Prior to joining the College in 2014, Mary was the Manager, Annual Programs and Donor Database Manager at St. John’s Rehab Foundation and North York Harvest Food Bank. For Mary, the best thing about a career in Advancement is the role she plays in supporting the many generous donors who give to Seneca and the amazing advancement team.
Annual Giving and Stewardship Officer

Katie is responsible for leading the College's annual fund and donor stewardship initiatives. She previously served as Seneca’s Advancement Coordinator. Prior to joining Seneca, Katie worked at Peacock Philanthropic Counsel Inc. Katie earned a post-graduate certificate in fundraising and volunteer management from Humber College and a degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Special Projects Officer, Event Specialist

Cynthia oversees the planning and execution of the College's events-based fundraising initiatives including the Seneca Golf Tournament, United Way, Campaign for Students, and the upcoming Campaign for King. She brings a strong background in, but not limited to events management, sponsorships, fundraising and community engagement from past positions with St. Joseph’s Health Centre Foundation, Hong Fook Mental Health Foundation and St. John's Rehab Foundation. She is a proud graduate from Seneca College's Event Management program and York University.

Laura's primary responsibility is coordinating major giving activities specific to the King Campus expansion. She brings strong expertise and organizational skills to various projects including Campaign for Students, the financial aid awards program, United Way, and Raiser's Edge data management. Laura previously worked with companies such as Citibank Canada, Suzuki Canada, and RCP Professional Services. She is a graduate from University of Toronto.

Danielle works on communications projects and events for the Advancement team and provides support to the Associate Director. She joined the College in late 2012 as a co-op student. Danielle has a graduate certificate in corporate communications from Seneca College and a bachelor of arts in radio and television from Ryerson University.
Alumni Relations Officer

Aaron is part of the alumni relations and advancement communications team. He oversees the Alumni social media channels and web management and represents Alumni at numerous College events. Aaron also contributes as a writer for RED magazine and online alumni feature stories. He holds an advanced diploma in Sport Management from Durham College and a graduate certificate from Seneca’s Corporate Communications program.
Gift Entry and Database Coordinator

Wendy has extensive expertise with over 10 years of experience in tasks related to Raiser's Edge, including data cleansing, gift processing, event management, report production, and donor acknowledgement correspondence. She has had the pleasure of working with organizations such as Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, St. John's Rehab Foundation, and the Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation. At the College, she oversees gift processing, data entry, and maintaining the integrity of the database. Wendy is a graduate of York University.
Support Services Officer

Nasrin provides support to the Senior Development Officers with respect to fundraising. Prior to Seneca, she was the Administrator & Events Coordinator for the Markham Board of Trade. Nasrin is a Seneca College graduate, completing the Legal Office Administration program with Honours. She also acts as the Commissioner of Oaths for the Richmond Hill Chamber of Commerce.
