Testimonials

"...this program has given me a direction and clear path to develop the necessary skills essential to secure a suitable job with a prestigious financial institution like a bank, insurance company or credit union. Apart from instilling confidence in me and making me aware of my own strengths, including my language and hard/technical skills, the trainers also conducted sessions for improving my interviewing skills...examples of the immense process and dedication of the EFS team in developing the course curriculum for this bridging program.... Classes covering vital topics are all part of the robust curriculum and information sharing methodology developed and executed by the EFS bridging faculty.
We also had IFIC exam classes, mock tests and Microsoft Excel training classes as part of our curriculum to develop our technical skills and obtain licenses for stepping into the financial services industry. Job/career fair exposure and preparation, professional photo shoot for LinkedIn profile picture, mock interview sessions, guest speaker sessions, hiring opportunities/ campus selection are just some of the several topics covered during this course. The benefits, sense of satisfaction and happiness coming my way, by attending this program are immense and it is impossible express everything in words or to name all.
The skills developed and knowledge acquired through this bridging program will not only enable us to find suitable lucrative employment opportunities but will also help us in career advancement and will benefit us throughout our lives.
Considering all these benefits, I would recommend internationally trained professional looking to make a career in the Canadian banking and financial services industry to attend this Seneca EFS program." ~ EFS Bridging Alumni

"...when our sessions started running, respectable speakers started coming in, financial industry experts began teaching, essential skills were being discovered, entry-points were established, resumes were created, LinkedIn profile activated, interview skills developed, and self-confidence boosted. All the things I mentioned are results of EFS Team commitment to make this program a success. How do they define success? Seeing all of us improve and progress, seeing all of us prepared and employed, and seeing all of us achieve our career goals. Our success became their success and our dreams became their dreams.
...What makes them different from other bridging program? The PEOPLE behind the program, I personally witnessed how they put their heart and mind in every little detail, session, activity, assignment and event, making sure that everything is done perfectly and efficiently. All candidates were meticulously hand-picked and evaluated, to make sure all are qualified...
We, immigrants, come to Canada bringing all the education, skills and experience we earned from our home country, but these are often neglected. All the skills we developed through the years of experience will be put into waste without programs like this...
This program will change our lives and our families forever.
Congratulations Seneca EFS Bridging Team, for a remarkable success! I hope your Team can offer more bridging programs, and be an instrument to provide more people a brighter future." ~ EFS Bridging Alumni
