This course examines both strategic considerations and specific program elements across a range of financial rewards for executives linking compensation with business strategy; the various roles and responsibilities involved in designing and approving executive compensation programs.
The course focuses on Canadian executive compensation, with useful U.S. references and is part of the body of knowledge of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits required for the Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designations.
