EMP409 - Human Resource Management

This course examines the relationships between an organization's strategic planning and human resource management. It analyses global economic and workforce trends, competitiveness and the employment relationships, the response of the human resource manager to a changing environment.
The course also examines new roles and ways of looking at traditional human resource functions and is part of the body of knowledge of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits required for the Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designations.
