Mandatory Training for FCET Faculty

Seneca College, along with many other employers in Ontario, is obligated to ensure all employees, both full-time and part-time, have received Customer Service for People with Disablities training. The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act dictates that the AODA training must meet the regulatory requirements of the Customer Service Standard.
