Mandatory Training for FCET Faculty

Seneca College, along with many other employers in Ontario, is obligated to ensure all employees, both full-time and part-time, have received Customer Service for People with Disablities training. The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act dictates that the must meet the regulatory requirements of the Customer Service Standard.
