ALO421 - Airline Operations
Students learn about the daily operations of an airline including, crew resource management, crew scheduling and liaising with support services for the aviation industry. Students examine the structure and economics of the aviation industry.
EPP421 - Emergency Planning and Preparedness
Students learn about the history of Emergency Response and what lessons have been learned from past aviation emergencies. At the successful conclusion of this course, students will be able to design and implement an basic emergency response and preparedness plan and be able to act as a contributing member of either a Headquarters or Field Emergency Response Team.

Students study issues involved in transporting freight. Issues include customs requirements, cargo screening, dangerous goods regulations and air freight requirements. Students examine the Equipment used for cargo and security requirements for cargo. Students also study the concept of the secure supply chain requirements, included in this course.
