Putting their hospitality skills to work in South Africa

Seneca Professor Debbie Brannan and students from the Tourism and Travel and Hospitality Management diploma programs are currently in South Africa as part of the School of Tourism’s Annual South Africa Work Placement Program. The Seneca students are completing an eight-week placement at the Johannesburg Corporate Inn and Conference Centre and at a game reserve and lodge in the KwaZulu Natal province of South Africa.

During one of their days off, the students visited the Cradle of Humankind, a world heritage site that has produced a large number of fossils dating as far back as 3.5 million years ago.
