Captain Gillian Parker, a pilot with the Canadian Forces, visited Seneca recently to speak with students studying in the Bachelor of Aviation Technology program.
Gillian talked to the students about why she joined the forces, her flight training experience and the importance of chasing your dreams. Her visit was co-ordinated by Career Services and the School of Aviation and Flight Technology.
Last year, Seneca signed an agreement with the Canadian Forces to provide aspiring Royal Canadian Air Force pilots with the opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Aviation Technology degree and their military wings certification in just four calendar years. Media Release
