Seneca students win medals at national skills competition

Two Mechanical Techniques - CNC Programming students won medals at the Ontario Technological Skills Competition (OTSC).

Marcelo Luongo captured gold, while Aaron Lui took home bronze in the computer- aided manufacturing portion of the contest.

This year, six Seneca students from the Centre for Advanced Technologies participated in the annual event, which was held in Waterloo, from May 5 to 7.

OTSC is the largest skilled trades competition in Canada. In fact, more than 1,900 students from across Ontario tested their skills and abilities against industry standards in over 60 skilled trades areas.
