Graduate Information

Once you are enrolled in your final program requirements, please submit a Graduation Application form.

If you have completed your program requirements and you do not wish to be considered for graduation, then please opt-out of graduation on the Student Centre. The last day to opt-out is the last day of the term.

Your Convocation Invitation:

You will receive "Your Convocation Invitation" in your Seneca email account. It will include all the details of your convocation ceremony, along with important additional instructions.

Please confirm that your name is spelled correctly. If your name is not spelled correctly, please submit an Address Change Form or Name Change Form.

If you have completed your program requirements and have not received Your Convocation Invitation email for the Spring ceremonies by June 1st, or for the Fall ceremonies by October 1st, please contact us.

Your Guests:

Please reserve your number of guests (maximum of 3). Instructions will be included in Your Convocation Invitation. Please note that guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and tickets are not issued.

Please keep your contact information up-to-date on Student Centre in the event that we need to contact you.

Special Needs:

If you are graduate with special needs and you require assistance to access the stage, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you.
