Dale has had a long relationship with Seneca College; first as a graduate, then as professor, as program co-ordinator for 3 different programs within the School of Fashion, and costume co-ordinator for the Seneca Fashion Resource Centre. Active within the industry, she has also served as president of the Canadian Cosmetic Careers Association since 1986 and is a contributor to a number of trade publications. Dale is a graduate of Seneca’s Cosmetics Retail Management program as well as Ryerson’s Fashion Retail Management program. She has been recognized with a NISOD Excellence Award for teaching, the CCCA Award of Merit and a Distinguished Alumni Award as a double Senecan.
