Mark O’Connell Fashion Studies
Mark is a professor and program co-ordinator of Fashion Studies where his goal is to give students confidence in their abilities and to open their minds to more sophisticated ideas about design and production. In his educational role, he endeavours to research and deliver best practices in curriculum development and implementation as part of his teaching process, particularly as it relates to the creative students. Mark’s industry experience includes working as a designer both in-house at MAC. Cosmetics and for his own clothing line. He holds a BA from OCAD University and is currently completing his MA in Fashion Theory from Ryerson University.
