TC Decision Review

If you do not agree with a credit which has been granted, or if you want to appeal a credit that has been denied, you must submit a Transfer Credit Decision Review application. The application must be submitted to the Degree and Credit Transfer Office within 30 days of the original decision.

Please submit the following:

  • A completed¬†Transfer Credit Decision Review form
  • A detailed letter outlining the reason and clear explanation for the requested review
  • Any additional supporting documentation provided in English which may assist the academic area in re-assessing the course
  • A copy of your course outline

You will receive a response to the Transfer Credit Decision Review Request in your Seneca email account within four weeks.

A formal grade appeal process can be pursued if students are not satisfied with the response from the review.
