Seneca Program: Computer Engineering Technology - (Optional Co-op), Electronics Engineering Technology - Communications - (Optional Co-op), Electronics Engineering Technology - Control Systems - (Optional Co-op)

Degree: Bridge Program to University of Victoria – Bachelor of Engineering (Computer or Electrical)

Seneca graduates with a minimum 3.0 GPA and no less than a ‘C’ in all courses are eligible for the Computer and Electrical Engineering Bridge programs to the University of Victoria (UVic). Please note that this is a competitive program and meeting the minimum posted GPA may not be enough. Students who successfully complete the 2 semester bridge program are guaranteed a seat in 3rd year at UVic in the selected degree program.

Seneca Program: Civil Engineering Technology - (Optional Co-op)

Degree: Bridge Program to University of British Columbia (Civil Engineering)

Seneca graduates with a minimum 3.0 GPA and no less than a ‘C’ in all courses, are eligible for the Civil Engineering Bridge program to the University of British Columbia (UBC). Please note that this is a competitive program and meeting the minimum posted GPA may not be enough. Students who successfully complete the 2 semester bridge program are guaranteed a seat in 3rd year at UBC (Vancouver or Kelowna campuses) in the Civil Engineering degree program. In addition to the above criteria, students from the Civil Engineering Technology program at Seneca will need a ‘C’ grade from a MTH 100 or equivalent course (calculus) prior to admission.

Seneca Program: Computer Systems Technology - (Optional Co-op)

Degree: Bridge Program to University of Victoria – Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) or Bachelor of Engineering (Software)

Seneca graduates with a minimum 3.0 GPA and no less than a ‘C’ in all courses, are eligible for the Computer Science and Software Engineering Bridge programs to the University of Victoria (UVic). Please note that these are competitive programs and meeting the minimum posted GPA may not be enough. Students who successfully complete the 2-semester Computer Science bridge program are guaranteed a seat in 3rd year at UVic in the Computer Science degree program or if they complete the 2-semester Software Engineering Bridge program, they are guaranteed a seat in the 2nd-term of the 2nd year of the Software Engineering degree program.

In addition to the above criteria, students from the Computer Systems Technology program at Seneca will need to be evaluated on an individual basis to determine eligibility of their electives. CTY students will also need a ‘C’ grade from a MTH 100 or equivalent course (calculus) prior to admission.
