Public Health has asked that colleges and universities to track
absences due to flu-like illness. 
An Online form has been added to Seneca's H1N1 and Seasonal flue
website on
My.Seneca for completion be students who are absent due to
flu-like illness: Reporting Form
Students are asked for thier name, program, semester, full/part-time,
campus,
first date of illness and whether they live on-campus. The
information obtained will be
used to track levels of adsenteeism.
Students should be assured that personal information will not be shared.
