If Your Student Wishes to Change their Agency
If a student already submitted an application to Seneca using another agency and wishes to change their agency, the student’s original application to Seneca must be CANCELLED (any progress made will be revoked) and reapply with the new agency (including documentation, program(s) selection and payment of a new application fee - $65.00 CAD).
Please complete and submit the International Student Application Cancellation Form and send it to Seneca College along with the new application number and a signed Student Information Release Form (a copy should be produced once you re-apply online). This can be sent by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Cancellation of Application".
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation Forms and agent changes are NOT PERMITTED once a letter of acceptance has been issued to an applicant.
Submitting an A Student Application
Please remember, you will need your Agent ID and Agency ID on all student applications to submitted to Seneca.
Following-Up with Your Submitted International Student Application

To follow up on your submitted student application, complete the PDF Form for Indian Agents and email email@example.com with a copy to the International Agency Coordinator at: firstname.lastname@example.org
