Congratulations! We are delighted you have chosen Seneca! Once you receive your offer from us, you need to complete the following steps to secure your seat:

 

Step 1: View your offer

Visit Student Home to view your offer. To access Student Home, you will need your Seneca login credentials, including multi-factor authentication (MFA).

 

Step 2: Confirm your program choice

Follow these steps to confirm your Seneca program choice by given deadline.

 

Step 3: Update your current study permit status

Use this tip sheet for step-by-step guidance on how to update your current study permit application status in Student Home.

 

Step 4: Pay your fees

Watch for a fee notice in your email. To reserve a seat in your program, you must pay your first semester fees by the due date in your fee notice.

 

Step 5: Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL)

Once you have paid your fees, Seneca will request a PAL from the Ontario government on your behalf. Learn more about these changes in our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS).

 

Step 6: Letter of Acceptance (LOA)

We will email your Seneca Letter of Acceptance (LOA) with your PAL.

 

Step 7: Apply for your study permit

You can apply to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for your study permit. Your application must include your Letter of Acceptance (LOA), PAL and payment receipt, along with all other documents required for the application. Learn more about how to apply for a study permit.
