Health Insurance

All international students have mandatory health insurance covered in their tuition fee.

For current international students who becomes part-time students for academic or personal reasons, or stays in Canada during a four month semester break, must obtain their own health insurance.

Health Insurance Coverage

Your health insurance includes services such as hospital and doctor services in Ontario, diagnostic laboratory and x-ray services, eye examinations, emergency services, and medically necessary dental care in hospital. The plan provides for doctor’s services, and hospital ward accommodation.

The plan also includes prescribed drugs, paramedical services (physiotherapist, chiropractor), and emergency Out-of-Province/Country coverage (limited).
