Special Requests

Videotaping

Staff videotaping of lectures and special events may be arranged by contacting Audio-Visual staff at your campus. Faculty wishing to videotape students as part of academic related activities should comply with the Intellectual Property Policy and ensure students have completed the Informed Consent Form.

Videotaping equipment may be borrowed to record student role-plays, special presentations or demonstrations for later review. To learn more about borrowing video equipment at Newnham campus, please see video camera bookings.

Students may wish to book study rooms in the library for the purpose of videotaping assignments. Please see Borrower Services staff at Seneca Libraries for help with booking study rooms.

Special Events

Audio Visual support is available for events and functions at Seneca, including microphones, PA systems and projection.  To arrange the Audio Visual component of your event, please fill out the AV Event Booking form and send it to Audio Visual Services at the event campus.

Please note that all other aspects of your event including seating, staging, IT support and catering must be booked through the appropriate channels.

Media Production

Audio Visual Services offer transfer, duplication and media production services.  For Media Production inquiries, please fill out the AV Media Production form and send it to Audio Visual Services at your campus.
