Seneca is hosting candidates meetings at four of its campuses across the GTA; Newnham Campus at Finch Ave. East and Hwy 404, Markham Campus at Hwys 404 and 7, King Campus at Bloomington Sideroad and Dufferin Street and Yorkgate Campus at Jane Street and Finch Ave.
These meetings are open to the public and provide excellent opportunities to learn more about the candidates vying for seats in the provincial parliament and the issues that will influence this year’s election. Dates and times for the meetings are as follows:
Tuesday, September 25, 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
ElectionFest, Newnham Campus
1750 Finch Ave. East
Senecentre & Sports Centre
Barbeque sponsored by the Seneca Student Federation from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Candidates meeting, with representatives from the Green, Liberal, NDP and PC parties from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Candidates from the seven North York ridings (Don Valley East, Don Valley West, Eglinton-Lawrence, Willowdale, York Centre, York South-Weston, York West) will also have displays in the Seneca Sports Centre
ElectionFest is being held in association with the Toronto Board of Trade and the Toronto Community News Group.
