Bio:

Caroline Grammer has been a therapist for 20 years, providing life coaching and behavioural counselling to individuals, couples, families, trauma survivors and adults with ADHD and ADD. Grammer developed her specialty in gerontology while working as a social worker at a long-term care facility. In this role, she proposed and facilitated alternative programming for the seniors related to sexuality. She is well-versed in contemporary issues facing seniors in all aspects of their lives.

Caroline Grammer has provided expert commentary for Rogers Television.
