Prior to becoming Director of Business Development, Lynne McMullen was the Chair of the School of Aviation overseeing Seneca’s Aviation Operations diploma, Aviation Safety diploma, Honours Bachelor of Aviation Technology degree and Airline Pilot Flight Operations graduate certificate programs. McMullen was instrumental in developing and establishing Seneca’s unique partnership program with the Canadian Department of National Defense, in which select, qualified Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) pilot candidates can complete their Seneca Aviation degree while simultaneously earning their RCAF wings. McMullen also worked closely with Jazz Aviation to develop a direct entry cadet program for Seneca’s Bachelor of Aviation Technology graduates. She is also the president of Collegiate Aviation Canada, vice-chair of the Aviation Accreditation Board International (AABI) Board of Trustees, member of the Air Transport Association of Canada (ATAC) and University Aviation Association (UAA), serving on various committees within each. McMullen has presented at the ATAC Annual General Meeting and at conferences for AABI and UAA. She is also a recipient of the Northern Lights Aviation Award, which recognizes outstanding women in aviation and aerospace.
