Experiencing the Living History of London and England

London is one of the world’s foremost student cities and with the recent 2012 Olympics, Royal Wedding and Queen’s Jubilee, it is a city that is enjoying great attention of late. While in London we will explore the city's unique mix of historical character, modern development and incredible diversity. We will visit the city’s world-renowned theatres, galleries and museums and discover the dynamic social character of London, as well as it’s famous landmarks, markets and green spaces.

London sights and tours based on student topic selections and/or free time options*
Aug. 22–24
Optional day trips outside of London could include Stonehenge, Bath, York, Hastings, White Cliffs of Dover, Wales, Scotland, etc.

* Sights include: Tower of London & London Bridge, The 'eye', Thames River Cruise, Beatles Tour, Canary Wharf, Docklands, Greenwich Museums and Art Galleries, London Film Museum, Buckingham Palace, London Department Stores, Sherlock Holmes Museum, Jack the Ripper, Bram Stoker (Dracula) Dr. Who Tour and/or Harry Potter tours & World Science Fiction convention option (Aug 16-17).

A detailed daily itinerary will be given to all participants prior to departure.
