Advanced payroll date
Due to the timing of the Family Day holiday, the timeline for approval of timesheets has been advanced.
All timesheets and absences must be entered and approved by end of day Friday, Feb. 12.
Pay Period 4 includes payment for:
- Temporary/Part-time employees:
January 31 – February 13
- Full-time employees:
February 14 – February 27
All approval access will be closed first thing Tuesday morning, February 16.
Please forward on to any members of your staff who may be responsible for timesheet input and note that if you will be away from the office, you can approve your time sheets in advance or delegate the approval process to another manager. Timesheets not approved by the deadline, will not be processed and paid until the first pay of March.
