Advanced payroll date

Due to the timing of the Victoria Day holiday, the timeline for approval of timesheets has been advanced.

All timesheets and absences must be entered and approved by end of day Friday, May 22.

Pay Period 11 includes payment for:

  • Temporary/Part-time employees:
    May 7 to May 20
  • Full-time employees:
    May 21 to June 3

All approval access will be closed first thing Tuesday morning, May 23.

Please forward on to any members of your staff who may be responsible for timesheet input and note that if you will be away from the office, you can approve your timesheets in advance or delegate the approval process to another manager.
