Information for mail disruption
Due to the potential labour disruption at Canada Post, Seneca is implementing alternative methods of providing important information and documentation for students and applicants.
Financial Aid through OSAP
If you’ve applied for financial aid we recommend that you hold on to your Master Student Financial Assistance Agreement (MSFAA) and signature pages until you receive detailed instructions from OSAP. Please check the OSAP website regularly for information.
Seneca Admissions documents (such as Offers of Admission and New Student Fees Notices) will be sent by email. Please make sure to add senecacollege.ca as an Approved Sender Organization in your email account. We recommend you check your Clutter/Junk folders regularly for communications from Seneca.
Transcripts will be held at the Seneca Registration Office until full mail service resumes. You may pick up your transcript in person at Newnham Registration Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 7 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm. Please bring a government or college issued photo ID. To make other arrangements, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Seneca is participating in a consortium of Canadian colleges and universities who have agreed to send and receive transcripts by email. We will advise you if that is an option for your transcript request.
We will hold Refund Cheques for pick up at your campus Registration Office. Seneca will advise you by email where and when to pick up your cheque. Please bring government or college issued photo ID. If you would like to make other arrangements, please email: email@example.com.
We regret that we cannot courier cheques to third party addresses.
Any other documents that you’ve requested from Registration, such as attendance, sponsorship or second career letters will be held at your campus Registration office for you to pick up. Our Registration Office hours of operation are available online.
