Managing Multiple Deadlines, Priorities and Projects

Improve your attitude about time management by setting goals that set a balance between your personal and professional roles. Establish priorities while learning how to distinguish between what is important vs. what is urgent, and develop action plans quickly and efficiently.

Living Well with Stress (Lunch’N’Learn)

Bring your lunch and take an hour to learn about Living Well with Stress. Workplace stress can be triggered by many sources. When combined with the pressures and responsibilities outside of work, employees may experience high levels of stress in their daily routine. This session will teach participants how to effectively manage stress for optimal health, well-being, and workplace productivity.

Building Communication Skills Series

Solid communication skills are necessary for personal and professional success. In this four-part series, the three key elements of communication (listening, verbal, and writing) are addressed, as well as their application in the classroom. These sessions will take place at Newnham campus.
