“Annual global IP traffic will surpass the zettabyte (1000 exabytes) threshold in 2016, and the two zettabyte threshold in 2019.”
In Ontario colleges we use and report on large volumes of data, but how exactly do we obtain Big Knowledge? Join us at OCCCIO 2016 as we explore the innovative ways colleges are gaining new insights into IT operational effectiveness, business intelligence, and student populations – including the challenges of student retention and graduation rates.
At OCCCIO 2016, we are inviting representatives from colleges across the province to come and present examples of how they are generating knowledge from data such as:
- Collecting data – asset management, license management, application design
- Maintaining data – storage, backup, infrastructure, architecture, security
- Analyzing data – business intelligence, help desk, user experience, agile methodology
- Implementing solutions – deployment, project management
And as usual, the OCCCIO annual event will feature engaging keynote speakers that will inspire you, sessions that will educate you, and social events that will entertain you.
Join us at OCCCIO 2016 for Big Knowledge and Big Fun.
