Congratulations! You are about to convocate. If you are receiving a Seneca diploma, you can quite quickly turn it into a degree.
In today’s global village, having a degree to complement your diploma can give you a strong competitive advantage.
Fall Convocation Postponed
Convocation moved to spring 2018
Seneca believes in giving our students the best possible graduation experience, and unfortunately, that is not possible for our Fall 2017 Convocation graduates.
The October 26 to 28 ceremonies would not be the same without our professors who are unable to take part because of the current academic employee strike.
Graduates will be invited to celebrate their success at Seneca by taking part in our Spring Convocation ceremonies to be held from June 22 to 29, 2018. Credentials (degree/diploma/certificate) will be mailed to students.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I attend another ceremony?
Yes, you will receive email notification at a later date to confirm if you'd like to attend the June 2018 ceremonies.
When is convocation rescheduled for?
The ceremonies are scheduled for June 22 to 29, 2018.
I have a gown reservation, do I need to cancel it?
The college has cancelled the gown reservation on your behalf.
How do I get my diploma?
Your credential (degree/diploma/certificate) will be couriered (free of charge) starting November 1, 2017 to the current mailing address we have on file for you.
Please log onto Student Centre and update your personal information if there have been any changes to your mailing address before October 26, 2017.
I have paid the courier fee, can I get a refund?
If you've already paid a courier fee, your courier fee will be refunded.
Can I still have my graduation photos done?
Graduation photo appointments are still available as scheduled.
