Accident and Sickness (A&S)

Introduction

An Accident and Sickness license is available in Ontario to those agents wishing to offer a limited product line. This license is required for all new agents applying for an Accident and Sickness license. This subject introduces students to the various insurance products designed to protect the insured from disability, sickness and injury. With emphasis on professional standards, topics include individual disability and accident and sickness insurance products, underwriting, issue and claim, and common and contract law.
