In Class Option
This intensive, 5-day exam preparatory course is offered once-a-month. Classes are Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Online examinations open the final day of class and students have 30 days to complete. Each open-book module exam is comprised of 20 or 30 multiple choice answer questions, and students must receive a minumum of 60% per module exam to qualify for the Provincial HLLQP exams. Student's progress will be tracked through the Canadian Insurance Participant Registry (CIPR) system. The cost of the Harmonized LLQP is $818.20 plus HST which includes printed copies of the 5 training modules, (4 of which students will be examined on), 35 hours of instruction with an industry expert, online access to additional study aids and examinations and four (4) attempts at each of the modular exams. We strongly recommend that students register a month ahead so that they have all of the materials well in advance. This is an exam preparation course and students are expected to have thoroughly read through all of the materials prior to the beginning of the course. It is a very fast-paced, intense week in class and a foundational comprehension of the materials beforehand is required. Once registration is confirmed, students will receive an email outlining class location, parking, etc.
Transfers - Students may defer their enrolment to the next available in-class, 5-day exam preparatory course, one-time only. A deferral must be requested at least two weeks prior to the deferred course start date. Students may not defer their enrolment beyond the next available in-class, 5-day exam preparatory course.
In Class - Students must withdraw prior to the course start date to qualify for a partial refund (course registration fee less administrative fee and materials costs). Printed training materials are non-returnable/refundable.
Online - Refunds will be considered within 10 days of purchase if you have not accessed the online materials. Online students have the option of joining the next available in-class HLLQP at the additional cost of $400 (plus HST), space permitting.
Note: Upcoming dates are subject to change. A minimum enrolment is required. Seneca College reserves the right to cancel course sessions when there are less than 6 students enrolled.
