
Seneca College provides two programs for individuals who need assistance in preparing for the mutual fund licensing examination offered through the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC)
These courses are designed for candidates who have completed the self-study on-line course material and would like a comprehensive review of the material in a structured class room environment.
Course instructors are industry experts who will provide insight into the key concepts, identify which topics to focus on, work through examples and application of mathematical formulas, and make sample questions and practice exams available to enable you to more fully understand the required study material.
MFL100 Tutored Program (5 days)
Designed for those who would like more hands-on assistance and study time in covering the IFIC material. Classes are held one day a week for five consecutive weeks and include a proctored license exam on the fifth day at Seneca College. This program is ideal for those who are employed full-time and can set aside one day a week to complete the material.
*This all-inclusive fee covers the IFSE registration fee, five-day in class instruction, study notes, sample questions, and the convenience of writing the IFSE exam in a class location at Seneca College.
MFL101 Mutual Fund Exam Preparation Course - Online
This course has been developed for students who are or plan to enrol in the Canadian Investment Funds Course (from the Investment Funds Institute of Canada). The questions in the Exam Prep can form a valuable review of knowledge and increase proficiency in answering questions. Students should align their use of the Exam Prep with the Course to assist you while you study the different types of mutual funds.

* A printed copy of the Study Notes may be purchased for an additional $40 plus HST.
The Mutual Funds Licensing Course available for corporate clients and can be held at your office. Corporate discounts available, subject to minimum class size requirements.
