Subject Title
Managing an eLearning Project

Subject Description
Working as a manager of an online learning project involves, strong communication, teamwork, leadership and project management skills. In this course, students will learn the various roles of an online learning team and explore how all tasks work in tandem to ensure a successful outcome. In addition, students will learn how to support clients during the program development and design process.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject the student will be able to:

1. Examine the different principles of project management, and the roles and responsibilities of an online learning project team.
2. Select tools for managing course design projects.
3. Create a project plan using project management principles to ensure a successful result.
4. Collaborate with colleagues in the planning, delivery, and evaluation phases of an eLearning project to ensure a sustainable practice.
