Boxfit for Fitness Instructors

Subject Description
Learn the art of boxing without stepping foot in the ring and how to incorporate ?the sweet science? into a fitness class. In this workshop designed for prospective fitness instructors, beginner-intermediate level, students will learn boxing fundamentals, combat fitness exercises, and will participate in an instructor-led boxfit/combat fitness class.
