Decorating With Flowers

Subject Description
In this one day workshop participants will learn how to enhance the interior and exterior of a home with flower arrangements and plants.  Students will also learn how to construct a European hand tied bouquet to take home with them.

Credit Status
Non-Credit

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject the student will be able to:

1.  Select appropriate containers and flowers to use in different areas of the home.

2.  Obtain maximum value when buying flowers for decorating a home.

3.  Choose appropriate decorating floral colours based on color palette to compliment home, interior.

4.  Construct a European Hand-Tied bouquet with seasonal flowers.
