Flowers for Events

Subject Description
In this two day  workshop students will learn the where / how and why of flowers for events.  This workshop focuses on managing the floral design process for special events.

Credit Status
Non-Credit

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject the student will be able to:

1.  Sourcing floral material and hardgoods for events.

2.  The chain of life for your flowers.

3.  How to put together a plan and budget for the flowers used in a special event

4.  The construction of a flower arrangement used for a centerpiece.
