Home Staging

Subject Description
Students are introduced to the fundamentals of home staging. Learn proven staging techniques through the use of space, design and colour from a qualified home stager. Whether you are a realtor, home owner or want to start your own staging business, this course covers information that can apply to all areas of interest in home staging.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject the student will be able to:

1. Identify and define the home staging practices.

2. Develop a home staging consultation plan.

3. Identify and apply the principles of Colour and Lighting.

4. Develop a floor plan for furniture placement.

5. Apply the home staging industry techniques for furniture and accessory shopping
