Micrsoft Access Level II

Subject Description
Enhance forms and reports in Access, work with advanced queries and streamline data entry to ensure data integrity and data collaboration.

Credit Status
Participating students who attend at least 70% of the scheduled class(es) receive a document confirming he/she attended this workshop.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject the student will be able to:

1. Modify the design and field properties of a table to streamline data entry and maintain data integrity.
2. Retrieve data from tables using joins.
3. Create flexible queries to display specified records, allow for user-determined query criteria, and modify data using queries.
4. Enhance the capabilities of a form by grouping form controls and making other aesthetic improvements to make forms work more efficiently and intuitively for the user.
5. Customize reports to organize the displayed information and produce specific print layouts.
6. Share data across different applications.
