Good memory is not a gift; it is a skill anyone can master. Learn to tap into your brain's amazing memory power with methods that are proven, enjoyable to learn, tremendously effective and easy to apply.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject the student will be able to:

- Identify the 3 components of memory - Registration, Retention and Recall.
- Use practical resources and memory games for strengthening memory.
- Apply effective techniques for recalling information and lists.
- Maximize the remembering curve for reviewing and studying.
- Use simple and nutritional methods for improving memory.
