Conflict Resolution

Subject Description
Everyone experiences conflict at some point in their job. It can be a positive experience if handled properly. This workshop will help you prevent your conflict from escalating into confrontation. Learn how to diffuse and find solutions which are workable.

Non-Credit, morning workshop

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject the student will be able to:

At the end of this session, participants will be able to explain:

1.) The three ways of dealing with difficult situations and the consequences of using them;

2.) The key skills required in conflict resolution;

3.) The five steps to effectively resolve conflicts.
