Subject Description
Whether you are in a career transition or wish to enhance your life in general, this workshop is designed to provide you with direction to realize your personal and career goals. Through self-evaluation exercises, you learn how to take charge of yourself and create your own reality in alignment with your goals to make your vision a reality.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject the student will be able to:

1. Learn to recognize the type of barriers that prevent them from reaching their personal goals in alignment with their career goals.
2. Be empowered to take responsibility and become more effective in designing their own career and life vision.
3. Be inspired to use their creativity and take initiative in pursuing the life of their choice.
4. Learn to design doable action plan.
