In the ever-changing business world, success is always available if customer services is the first on their mission statement. In this fast paced seminar, the students will be introduced to customer services strategies they can use daily to help their companies grow and prosper.

You must be a registered Continuing Education student or a Seneca alumni in order to participate.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject the student will be able to:

1. Create a consistent framework for high quality customer service;

2. Increase company productivity and reputation by satisfying the needs of the customer;

3. Demonstrate top notch service delivery skills through effective human relations, communication and conflict resolution strategies;

4. Enhance employee performance by incorporating an incentive based approach to staff management.
