Parking at Seneca
To accommodate flexible study and work schedules, Seneca has various payment options for those who drive to campus daily, weekly or less frequently.

Seneca operates parking services at Seneca's King Campus, Markham Campus, and Newnham Campus.

Parking Options

Term and Recurring Parking Permits

If you are parking on campus more than three times per week, we recommend you buy a Term or Weekly Recurring Parking Permit.

  • Unlimited access seven days per week
  • No parking between midnight and 6 a.m.
  • Unlimited in-and-out privileges
  • Term parking permits expires at the end of the semester
  • Weekly Recurring Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card each week and you can cancel at any time*

To purchase a parking plan and register your license plate, visit the Seneca Parking website.

*Weeks are Sunday to Saturday and cancellations must be done by 11:59 p.m. on the preceding Wednesday.

MultiPass

If you are parking less than three times per week, we recommend you purchase a MultiPass.

  • Pay only for the number of days or evenings you need to park at Seneca
  • Expires 1 year from date of purchase
  • Unlimited same-day in-and-out privileges
  • Same-day multi-campus privileges (at Newnham, Markham and King campuses)

Daily, evening and weekend parking rates can be purchased through the Honk mobile payment system at the following campuses:

Purchasing at King, Newnham and Markham campuses provides unlimited in-and-out access to parking at other campuses (excluding Seneca@York Campus).

A parking pass is a payment and access mechanism only and does not guarantee an available parking spot on campus.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Information

EV charging locations can be found at:

  • King Campus — Parking Lot F (14 Level 2 chargers)
  • Newnham Campus — Parking structure (Ten Level 2 chargers), CITE Parking Lot (two Level 2 chargers), Short-Term Parking Lot (eight Level 2 chargers and two Level 3 chargers)
  • Seneca students and employees may get a discounted rate for their EV charging by adding the connection "Subscribers-Seneca" in their Chargepoint app
