Seneca Medical Centre

Additional Information

Frequently Asked Questions

Your provincial health insurance plan or your student Morcare plan will cover your visits to the Medical Centre.

You are required to pay for some non-insured services such as sick notes, letters or third-party examinations.

Medical Centre staff work hard to ensure that wait times are as short as possible; however, circumstances can arise that cause delays in the appointment schedules.

If you have a concern that is of an immediate nature, feel welcome to visit the Seneca Medical Centre. We can provide care for simple concerns which are similar to a walk-in clinic visit.

The Medical Centre cannot provide family doctor-type support to employees and local students.

Doctor's Notes

There is a fee of $40 for a doctor’s note.

Notes will only be provided if you are treated at the Medical Centre on the day you are sick.

Missed Appointments

You are required to provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Please call the Medical Centre at 437.312.0370 and leave a message with your name, date, time of appointment and your phone number. Failure to notify the Medical Centre will result in a $50 missed appointment fee.
