Certified General Accountants of Ontario (CGA Ontario) is a self-governing body that grants the exclusive rights to the CGA designation and controls the professional standards, conduct and discipline of its 21,000 certified general accountants (CGAs) and 8,000 students in the CGA program of professional studies in the province of Ontario.

Colleges of Early Childhood Educators

The College of Early Childhood Educators is the professional self-regulatory body for early childhood educators in Ontario. The College’s mandate is to protect the public interest and ensure quality and standards in the practice of early childhood education.

Members of the College are entitled to use the protected titles “early childhood educator” or “registered early childhood educator” and the professional designation, RECE in conjunction with their practice. Since its inception, the College has issued over 40,000 Certificates of Registration.
