Seneca's co-ed residences at Newnham and King campuses accept applications via a lottery system.

Suites feature two private bedrooms, a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave and a three-piece bathroom. Furnished lounges, games rooms, study rooms, social areas and laundry facilities are also available on-site. Need more information? A free shuttle bus service will be available to students living in the Newnham Residence who attend classes at Markham Campus or Seneca@York.
