Here are a few tips that will help you get started:

- Learn about all the services available to you on campus
- Get Involved! Take part in all the activities you can
- Go to class and be on time – this will have a positive affect on your grades
- Keep the lines of communication open with your professors, classmates, and roommates
- Stay healthy – you will need your energy levels to be running at optimum
- Get enough sleep
- Eat a well balanced diet – fast food will not give you the nutrition you need
- Moderate your alcohol and caffeine consumption
- Visit the on-campus health centre to get information on nutrition and other health related issues
- Exercise regularly
