The Ombudsperson receives and investigates complaints in an independent, objective, impartial and confidential manner when all other College resources have been exhausted.

The Ombudsperson attempts to solve problems/complaints through investigation and mediation rather than formal appeals and grievance procedures.

The Ombudsperson provides an independent, confidential, impartial service and is responsible to the College President.

The Ombudsperson can be your last resort, offering help when the regular channels of appeal have been exhausted and there is still a need to review to your complaint, conflict or problem to ensure fairness in the application of college policies and procedures.
