Out of Town Students
If you cannot attend a Skills Assessment in person, arrangements can be made with Seneca College to write your assessment online, using a virtual proctor for a fee of $25 US, to be paid directly to the third party proctor.
All you need is a computer, a web cam and a high speed Internet connection. A live online proctor will provide the necessary software to effectively proctor your test session remotely. After the session is complete, the proctor will conclude the test session and remove any remote proctoring software from your workstation.
To request an out-of-town Skills Assessment, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: Out of Town Student
You will need to include your full name, your Seneca College student number, and your birth date.
Please note: If you are a student in the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering Technology, you may complete your English assessment using a virtual proctor; however, you will still need to come into the Test Centre to complete your CAT 3 Level 19 mathematics assessment.
