In this course, students will explore the role of corporate communications in the management of an organization. Students will review the principal elements of corporate-communications planning, emphasizing the importance of aligning corporate communications objectives, strategies and tactics with the strategic goals of the organization. Topics include research and analysis; measurement and evaluation; the difference between objectives, strategies and tactics; budgeting and staffing, and communications plan formatting.
