This one-day workshop is a combination of informative presentations and practical workout sessions designed to develop the skills and confidence to transition fitness clients to off-road trail running safely. The focus of this clinic is to look at the basics of movement involved in trail running. By understanding and incorporating the fundamental attributes of trail running, you can train clients to perform more efficiently and powerfully in outdoor settings. Students should wear workout attire, be in good physical condition to participate and bring a notebook and pen.
